Returns & Exchanges

If returning or exchanging a product, call 1-800-559-4269 or contact us to request an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number. Returns and exchanges are subject to return shipping at the responsibility of the customer. Returns must be received in new condition and may be subject to a re-stocking fee (unless covered under our Limited Warranty).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our larger products are typically packaged individually, palletized then banded to secure and protect the freight. Someone must be available to unload and inspect the freight.

Before the Driver Leaves – Inspect your freight, if there is something that you are not satisfied with regarding your shipment, note the issue specifically on the freight bill that will be given to you by the driver to sign. If the product is damaged, refuse the shipment, not the freight bill and call us immediately at 800-559-4269 and we will arrange for a replacement product to be shipped right away.
