What are Dock Box Covers made from?
All of our dock box covers are engineered with Sunbrella brand canvas fabric. It is built for marine environments and is resistant to mold, ultraviolet damage, weather deterioration, and everyday use.
Is there a way to prevent mold and mildew?
While our fabrics are resistant to mold and mildew, certain environmental conditions may cause certain bacteria to grow. We recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and warm water.
How do you clean Dock Box Covers?
It’s important to keep your dock box cover clean of dust, first, and environmental residue on a regular basis. For general spills and upkeep, we recommend using a clean, dry cloth with mild soap and water. We recommend applying the lukewarm soap solution with a soft brush or sponge. Be sure that the water temperature doesn’t exceed 100°F, and DO NOT allow the soap to dry on the canvas fabric. Please check out our recommended cleaning solution.
After you’ve washed the particular area on the dock box cover, we recommend carefully rinsing with clear water to remove any remaining soap and allowing it to dry thoroughly.
Important note: Be careful which solutions you use, as not all are recommended by the fabric manufacturer. Do not use abrasive detergents and/or substrates containing solvents or gasoline that will damage the fabric. Using harsh chemicals, etc could void the fabric warranty on your cover if not recommended by the manufacturer. DO NOT PUT MARINE CANVAS IN THE WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER.
How do you treat stains from Sunbrella® branded covers?

How are dock box covers shipped?
We offer a variety of shipping methods using LTL Carriers, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the item, quantity, and shipping location. For more information, view our Shipping and Returns Policy.
What is the return policy for Dock Box Covers?
If returning or exchanging a product, call 1-800-559-4269 or Contact Us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Depending on the condition of the product, your request must be within 90 days of the delivery date. Returns and Exchanges are subject to additional freight costs and the customer is responsible for the freight charges. Returns must be received in new condition and may be subject to a re-stocking fee.

Do the covers have vents on both sides?
Yes, all of our covers include vents on both the left and right sides. These vents promote airflow to help reduce moisture buildup, prevent mildew, and minimize odors—keeping your gear dry, fresh, and well protected year after year.
